UPS is seeking a Seasonal HR Specialist to support Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Compliance across designated locations. This role requires close proximity to operations and may cover multiple UPS sites.

You will build strong partnerships with Operations and recruiting teams, deliver clear HR communications, and drive culture initiatives while prioritizing tasks efficiently. Travel to recruiting events may be required, with preferred experience in Workday or Fountain.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Strong communication, research, and confidentiality skills.
• Willingness to travel to support recruiting events/initiatives.
