Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for all learning activities with internal and external resources.
• Maintain electronic attendance records using LMS SuccessFactors.
• Plan, prepare and produce training materials for each session.
• Ensure training session requirements align with course design and specifications.
• Support on-site facilitators to guarantee learning experiences as designed.
• Administer tests, maintain records, and communicate results per internal processes.
• Maintain course satisfaction survey records and generate related reports.
• Identify issues and opportunities for improvement identified during training sessions.
• Prepare reports and presentations related to assigned learning projects.
• Manage invoices and program budget, update training materials and generate activity reports.

Full Time Opportunity

General Description

The Human Resources Associate role in the Learning and Development department is responsible of coordinating all training logistics associated with the corporate learning offerings and support technology training design.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external and internal resources/facilitators all the scheduling for the assigned learning activities.
• Responsible of all electronic training attendance record keeping following established guidelines using our LMS (Success Factors).
• Plan, prepare and monitor the production of all training materials for each session.
• Ensure that all training session requirements are met according to course design and specifications (room setup, necessary materials, and facility conditions, among others).
• Provide support to on-site facilitators to guarantee that the learning experience occurs as designed.
• Administer test scores, maintain records, and communicate results of the different course modules as defined by internal processes and guidelines.
• Administer and maintain records of course satisfaction survey results for each session.
• Proactively identify and communicate to the Specialist any issues, observations, or opportunities for improvement identified during training sessions.
• Prepare reports and presentations related to assigned learning projects.
• Perform other responsibilities, including managing invoices and program budget, updating training materials and generating learning activities reports.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Arts, from a recognized and accredited college, with a concentration on Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology or related.

Experience

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in coordination or human resources functions.

Other Qualifications

• Project Management: Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision. Capacity to achieve results according to plan ensuring the expected quality. Excellent organization capacity to define priorities, work with multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and flexible to change. Knowledge of project coordination, identification of business needs, work plan, budget control, time management, resource allocation, and status reports. Must demonstrate leadership, logic, and reasoning skills.
• Operational/Regulations Processes: Knowledge of resources allocation, organization’s policies, and regulations. Ability to establish, conduct and track operational processes properly, and implement changes.
• Excellent customer service, task coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed with demonstrated high levels of productivity and structure.
• Able to multi-task many projects simultaneously, with minimal supervision, with a positive attitude ensuring attention to detail, and accuracy within the required timeframe.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork/partnering skills with both internal and external colleagues.
• Excellent oral and written communications in both Spanish and English.
• Computer and technological skills: Intermediate or advanced proficiency of MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel) ZAP y SAP/ERP, among others. Success Factors knowledge is a plus.
