Seneca Foods Corporation in Montgomery, MN seeks a Seasonal Human Resource Assistant to support staffing, training documents, and records from March through December, with a flexible 32–40 hour week. This role provides hands-on HR experience in a food production environment.

The position assists the HR Manager with administrative duties, maintains confidentiality, and requires attention to detail and bilingual Spanish/English abilities.

Qualificações

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bi‑lingual Spanish/English skills preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Human resources or related education or experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with Seasonal Staffing support including but not limited to data entry, filing, orientations, reporting, training and employee investigations
• Provides back-up support for the Human Resource Manager
• Other duties as assigned
