USTA National Tennis Center is seeking a Seasonal HR Assistant for the 2026 US Open. This role involves providing administrative support to HR Leadership, overseeing the hiring process, and ensuring proper documentation. Candidates should be fluent in English, have strong organizational skills, and be proficient in Google Suite. The position offers a pay rate of $19/hr with a flexible schedule leading to a demanding tournament environment. Overtime is eligible, and daily meal allowance is provided during the tournament.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft applications including Excel/Sheets.
• Must display strong desire to learn and incorporate newly acquired skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide full administrative support to HR Leadership.
• Phone screening of applicants and scheduling on-site interviews.
• Maintain and track interviews using Google Calendar and HR systems.
• Assist with employee documentation and filing system.
