Job summary

The Little Nell in Aspen hosts a seasonal full-time Host to warmly welcome guests, seat dining room guests, and present menus in a friendly, professional manner. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager and supports daily dining operations during peak season.

Responsibilities include managing wait times, coordinating the seating chart, and assisting with table turnover. Requirements include English proficiency, 16+ age, and high school diploma preferred; TIPS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly service.
• Knowledge of menu offerings, specials, and promotions.
• Understand reservation systems and seating management.
• Follow English directions and communicate clearly with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely manner and seat them professionally.
• Communicate wait times to guests and manage seating fairness.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Help maintain clean bar area and condiments.
• Answer calls to relay wait times and reservations.
