Job summary

The Little Nell in Aspen is seeking an enthusiastic Host to warmly welcome guests, seat them promptly, and maintain a smooth dining flow at a Five-Star hotel. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure exceptional service in a luxurious setting.

Ideal candidates are 16+, have strong English communication, and are available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. TIPS certification is preferred, with opportunities to grow in a world-class hospitality program.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate in English is required.
• High School graduate preferred.
• TIPS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly on arrival.
• Seat guests and manage wait times.
• Maintain seating chart to allocate tables fairly.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables.
• Answer phone calls to relay wait times and reservations.
• Participate in daily cleaning operations for the restaurant.
• Assist as server, food runner, or busser when needed.
• Snow removal as required by the restaurant.
