Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support the store during the peak shopping season. You will help customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and keep the store organized for busy days.

This role emphasizes delivering friendly service, teamwork, and accuracy in POS transactions. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with opportunities to learn and grow within a leading home goods retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate a POS system.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
