Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Seasonal Retail Supervisor to lead our pop-up kiosks during the Christmas at the Princess event. You will supervise seasonal sales associates and report to the Senior Supervisor team and Retail Management.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing kiosk team.
• Provide daily coaching to maximize sales performance.
• Oversee opening/closing tasks and ensure kiosk readiness.
• Maintain communication across the team for shift updates.
• Ensure adherence to policies and safety procedures.
