Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Lead Supervisor for its festive holiday event season. You will oversee daily operations, provide leadership to staff, and ensure exceptional guest service during the November–January period.

Open availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is required; prior supervisory experience and strong communication are essential to delivering a magical guest experience at this iconic resort.

Formación

• 1+ Years Supervisory Experience.
• Fluent in Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher and POS.
• Demonstrated success in talent development/management.
• Strong communication skills and guest‑experience focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily event operations and staff performance.
• Ensure onboarding and ongoing training for all colleagues.
• Coordinate shifts, safety and service standards during the season.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure a seamless operation.
