Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, part of Accor, is seeking a Seasonal Shuttle Driver to help create memorable holiday experiences. You will safely operate a trackless train, greet guests, and ensure a safe, festive journey between event locations.

The role requires open availability November 2 through January 10, with shifts starting at 4 p.m. and including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Join a team dedicated to exceptional guest service and holiday magic.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring guest service excellence.
• Must be available for seasonal dates: Nov 2–Jan 10.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the trackless train to transport guests between parking zones and event entrances.
• Greet passengers with warmth and assist with boarding/exiting.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure guest and pedestrian safety.
• Communicate clearly with staff and guests about routes, schedules, and accessibility.
• Provide a joyful, family‑friendly atmosphere and adhere to resort standards.
• Monitor train operations and report mechanical or safety concerns promptly.
