Qualifications

• Ability to greet guests professionally and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with directions and inquiries.
• Collect and reconcile revenue; issue receipts and maintain accurate shift reports.
• Operate the cash register, gate, and credit card machine; manage guest keys and billing.
• Ensure keys, folios, and receipts are organized and secure.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow standards set by Towne Park.
