Marquette Mountain Resort is seeking a Guest Services Associate for a seasonal role from October 14, 2026 through April 14, 2027. The position focuses on delivering quality customer service, selling season passes and lift tickets, and guiding guests with knowledge of local activities.

You’ll greet guests, provide accurate product information, and support the ticket office and store operations while maintaining a cheerful, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process season passes, lift tickets, and retail sales accurately.
