Job summary

Camelback Resort in Tannersville, PA is seeking a Children’s Snow Sports Supervisor to manage the ski and snowboard lesson program for young guests. You will coordinate instructors, assign lessons by age and ability, and support staff to deliver safe, engaging experiences.

This role emphasizes safety, guest service, and continuous development of the Snow Sports team while working within the Ski School department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate instructors and daily children’s lessons based on guest age, ability, experience, and program needs.
• Ensure safe, effective, and age-appropriate instruction.
• Support instructors in creating a positive, engaging learning environment for children.
• Monitor lessons and instructor performance to ensure safety and quality.
• Track lesson completion and approve instructor tasks through the resort system.
• Promote safe skiing and riding practices and the Skiers’ Responsibility Code.
