The Standard Hotel Ice Rink (operated by TSHTL SFM, LLC) seeks a Guest Services Team Member. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service while guiding visitors through programs and pricing.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding as needed.
• Provide courteous and friendly first-in-class service to all guests.
• Be knowledgeable about facility programs (format, pricing, meeting dates/times).
• Operate multi-line phones.
• Operate a point-of-sale system and balance cash drawer.
• Record waivers and event information.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and rink surfaces.
• Assist guests with skate fitting and handling.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with guest and team info.
• Resolve guest concerns or escalate to manager as needed.
• Know and enforce venue policies and procedures.
• Complete special projects and daily assignments.
