Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to effectively read, write, and speak English.
• Maintains a sensitivity to the needs of older adults and those with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet tour groups as they arrive and provide information about their visit.
• Maintain a neat welcome center and shuttle stops; assist with crowd control as needed.
• Provide guidance and answer questions to BG Library guests.
• Safely transport guests and staff to designated locations on BGEA property.
• Operate the Billy Graham Library-designated shuttle and refuel as needed.
• Communicate with supervisors and management in a timely manner.
