Job summary

Billy Graham Evangelistic Association is seeking a Seasonal Guest Services Onsite Shuttle Driver Associate in Charlotte, NC, to provide safe shuttle transportation and friendly customer service at the Library and events.

You will greet guests, share information, and help ensure a welcoming experience while working a schedule that includes evenings during the Christmas at the Library event.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greets tour groups as they arrive at the Billy Graham Library and provides information about their visit.
• Maintains a neat, orderly welcome center, shuttle stop, and lobby area; ensures items are stocked and accessible.
• Demonstrates a courteous, helpful attitude and assists guests with questions and directions.
• Safely transport guests and staff to designated locations on the campus; monitor and refuel vehicles as needed.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the Manager on Duty promptly and follow policies.
