Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Part Time Guest Service/Ticketing Agent to join our Guest Experience team. You will assist guests with arrivals and departures, answer inquiries, and help ensure a smooth guest experience on and off the hill.

Experience in customer service and communication is valued. You must be flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and you will use POS software to process transactions and support the resort's service standards.

• Previous experience with customer service and customer resolution preferred

• Computer proficiency, including website access, general office applications, and POS software

Responsibilities

• Deal with guest escalations in a professional manner.
• Handle guest questions and escalations
• Thorough understanding of all products and services available. Will present accurate, detailed information about product offerings. Provide general information about Crystal Mountain and Alterra Mountain Company.
• Technical skills and an understanding of POS software, and the ability to perform basic math calculations, as well as experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Candidates should have a proven record of being able to communicate well, perform well under pressure, make logical decisions, problem solving, be resourceful, and able to multitask.
• Able to accept mentoring and knowledge sharing, coaching and feedback on a regular basis
• Other duties as assigned.
