Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate to enhance the guest experience at our Columbus, GA location. Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing transactions with the POS system, and supporting merchandising and display tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping guests, can work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods, and will uphold Buckle’s ethics and policies while contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including peak shopping days.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) software to complete guest transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and prevent theft when possible.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized and welcoming for guests.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and assist with questions.
• Process guest transactions using the POS system and bag items.
• Stay informed on promotions, policies and security procedures.
• Assist Operations Manager with displays, pricing changes and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, shoppable store environment.
• Adhere to Buckle policies, ethics, and standard operating procedures.
• Support special projects as assigned.
