Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate for our Missouri store to deliver friendly, legendary service and drive everyday sales. This role supports guest needs, maintains merchandise presentation, and helps with cashiering and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Your responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with product selection, processing transactions, and keeping the floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to guests throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate Guest needs by suggesting items and creating a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to Guests and teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, payment/exchange policies, and security.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to Buckle presentations on the floor.
• Process transactions at the register and assist with bagging purchases.
• Prepare merchandise for alterations and handle special orders when needed.
• Follow security and loss prevention guidelines and keep the floor organized.
