lululemon is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Lead to drive exceptional in-store guest experiences at Hudson Yards. You will educate guests on technical product details and lead from the floor as part of the store leadership team to meet daily sales targets.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail or customer experience and some leadership/mentoring exposure, with availability for varied shifts as part of a seasonal program.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional and inclusive guest experiences.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist when needed.
• Oversee store operations as Supervisor on Duty and help drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training activities for the team.
