lululemon Athletica in New York is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences and provide expert product education. You will engage with guests, share our community values, and help them find the right gear in a premium, inclusive environment.

You will work with a collaborative team to maintain a luxury store experience, support omnichannel programs, and ensure smooth transactions while upholding our standards of integrity and customer care.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the store's country.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have the Right to Work documentation (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsabilités

• Create world-class guest experiences and engage with guests authentically.
• Provide product education and articulate value and benefits of items.
• Execute omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move on the floor to assist guests and handle store needs.
• Receive feedback and partner with store leadership to improve guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
