Job summary

Eataly Flatiron seeks a Seasonal Guest Relations Associate to greet guests, share knowledge about products, and assist with in-store events. You will handle inquiries in person and by phone, process payments, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Education & Events Manager, this role involves tastings, product education, and gift-card transactions, with opportunities to contribute to special events and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide exceptional service
• Handle inquiries in person, by phone, and by email
• Process payments and issue store credits/refunds
• Sell and process gift cards
• Provide product information and assist with custom orders
• Support in-store tastings, events, and activations
• Follow company policies and maintain standards

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary guest service to all guests
• Communicates effectively with customers and staff
• Handles guest situations professionally and quickly
• Collects payments and issues store credits/refunds
• Performs gift card sales
• Offers product information and assists with orders
• Supports tastings, demos, and events
• Performs other duties as assigned
