Job summary

Eataly Flatiron is seeking a Seasonal Front End Sales Associate / Cashier. You will handle payments and ensure accurate accounting of transactions as part of a guest-focused team. Reports to the Market Manager and Assistant Marketing Managers.

The role involves processing cash, checks or card payments, assisting guests, stocking displays, and ensuring smooth operations during a busy seasonal period from mid-October through the first week of January.

Qualifications

• Basic math and cash-handling skills required.
• Basic knowledge of cash registers and their functions.
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle payments from guests and provide change or vouchers as needed.
• Verify accuracy of cash bank by counting cash, checks and payments at end of shift.
• Assist with price changes, discounts, returns and voids under guidance of a manager.
