Job summary

lululemon in Destin, FL is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service, share top-tier product education, and connect with the local community and culture. This role focuses on creating an engaging guest experience, presenting product value, and supporting store operations on the floor.

The Educator will move across the sales floor, perform restocking and presentation tasks, and use in-store technology to support operations.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the store location.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase solutions.
• Provide technical product education about the product's value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs (e.g., BOPIS, phone sales).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to make it right.
