lululemon is seeking a dedicated Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences and in-depth product education in our retail environment. You will engage with guests, assess their needs, and guide them through purchases or returns using omnichannel options.

In this role you will move on the floor to assist guests, collaborate with teammates, and uphold store standards including cleanliness and safety. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move through a store and lift up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences and provide top-quality product education.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and offer customized purchase or return solutions.
• Perform product presentation, restocking, and store operations per company standards.
