• Create world-class guest experience and educate on products.
• Attend to guests on the floor, provide customized purchase solutions.
• Deliver technical product education and articulate product benefits.
• Support omnichannel programs and seamless guest transactions.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and assist store needs.
• Receive feedback and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.
