Responsibilities

• Engage guests to ensure a great experience while respecting their time.
• Assess guest needs to provide tailored purchase and return solutions and education.
• Educate guests on product benefits and features.
• Facilitate seamless omnichannel shopping experiences (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store, etc.).
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and address store needs.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.
