lululemon Athletica seeks an Educator who is passionate about guest experience in our retail stores. You will engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and authentically communicate our community and culture to inspire movement and well-being.

The Educator role emphasizes delivering world-class service, assisting with omnichannel experiences, restocking, and keeping the store shining in a luxury environment while upholding our values of inclusion, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is considered a plus

Responsabilités

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and assist with customized purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefits of products
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store)
• Move dynamically on the sales floor to assist guests and attend to store needs
• Restock and present products to maintain floor standards
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to address issues
