Under Canvas in Dalton, NH, is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator for the seasonal period. The role is hourly with an option for team member housing during the season and involves engaging with guests, guiding activities, and representing the brand on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of experience in guest-facing roles within resorts, hotels, or hospitality environments.
• Service-minded with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Genuine, outgoing, friendly, and dynamic.
• Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge of local attractions, landmarks, activities, history, and culture.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist other employees in the department.
• Balance multiple priorities while engaging with on-site guests and arrivals.
• Share resources and leads with your supervisor for department growth.
• Ensure events and adventures are well attended and received.
• Contribute and assist teammates on-site to maintain high camp operations.
