Under Canvas is hiring a 2027 Guest Experience Coordinator in Livingston, MT. This seasonal, hourly role includes potential team member housing for the season.

You will engage guests, craft memorable outdoor experiences, and act as a brand ambassador while coordinating with multiple on-site teams. The ideal candidate has at least two years in guest-facing roles in hospitality, is friendly and energetic, and enjoys sharing knowledge of local attractions and culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of guest-facing experience in hospitality.
• Service-minded with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Outgoing, friendly, and dynamic personality.
• Willingness to share knowledge of local attractions and culture.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist other employees in the department.
• Coordinate and engage with on-site guests and arrivals.
• Share resources and leads with your supervisor for departmental growth.
• Ensure events and activities are well attended and received.
• Support guests across Guest Experience, Front Desk, Adventures, F&B, and Groups.
• Communicate priorities and concerns to your supervisor.
• Work long hours in varying weather conditions.
• Welcome guests and confirm on-site activities and tone for their stay.
• Provide recommendations for local activities and attractions.
