Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate at Allen Premium Outlets to help create an excellent shopping experience for guests. You will greet customers, handle transactions at the POS, and support sales staff with merchandising and displays.

This role requires a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will maintain a clean, organized store, follow Buckle policies, and contribute to a positive team environment while completing special projects as

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Process Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist the Operations Manager and/or Visual Merchandiser in performing merchandising tasks, such as preparing displays and organizing fixtures.
• Consistently maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle’s mission statement.
• Understand and apply Buckle’s Code of Ethics and all of Buckle’s policies, procedures, and handbooks.
• Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of Guest service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
