Sierra At Tahoe Resort in California is seeking a Group Sales Coordinator to grow skier visits through group programs, corporate ticketing, partner shops and lodges, and school partnerships. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this role oversees account management, generates new sales, and ensures a seamless, on-brand experience for all groups.

This seasonal, hourly position offers a starting pay of $21 per hour and involves travel within the Tahoe region.

Qualificações

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• 1–2 years of hospitality or sales experience (ski resort experience a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Group & Corporate Sales: manage and grow accounts across day groups, school groups, shops and lodges, tour operators, private events, and corporate voucher programs.
• Field incoming inquiries for group sales and private events.
• Onsite Group Coordination: contract and facilitate day group experiences from arrival to departure; act as ambassador for each group.
• Prepare lift tickets, rental, and ski/ride school orders; deliver tickets as needed.
• Support the Business Development Manager with sales planning, lead generation, and reporting.
