Job summary

Sierra-at-Tahoe, LLC seeks an Adult’s Ski & Ride School Manager to lead budget development, program operations, and staff management. You will oversee instructor line-ups, payroll processes, incident reporting, and safety programs to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years instructing, PSIA-AASI Level 2/3 preferred, and proven management experience in a ski school setting. This is a full-time seasonal role based at the Sierra-at-Tahoe resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as an instructor required.
• Current PSIA-AASI Level 2 or 3 preferred.
• Previous Ski & Ride School management experience required.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to ski or ride varied terrain and coach guests.
• Proficient in MS Office and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ski & Ride School budgets to revenue targets and forecast expenses.
• Coach and develop supervisors, coordinators, pros and staff.
• Oversee staff performance appraisals and scheduling.
• Ensure safety policies and guest service standards are met.
• Coordinate with other departments to support guests and staff.
