Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to support Grocery, Guest Service, Early Morning Production, Produce, Deli, Bakery, and Meat & Seafood departments. This role offers a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with temporary employment during peak seasons.

Team members will provide excellent guest service, merchandise products, handle cash when needed, and assist with housekeeping. Prior experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing extraordinary service.
• Minimum age 16 or 18 for Deli, Bakery, Produce departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and help guests with meal solutions.
• Merchandise and stock products and assist guests throughout the store.
• Weigh and scan products, handle cash, and provide change where appropriate.
• Assist with general housekeeping and gather shopping carts.
• Slice and prepare meats, cheeses, and meal solutions; maintain quality portions.
• Present yourself professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
