Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to work in Grocery, Guest Service, Early Morning Production, Produce, Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood departments. This role supports our stores during key periods with a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

You will provide extraordinary guest service, assist across departments, weigh and scan products, handle cash and changes, and help maintain inviting, well-stocked displays while upholding professional

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• Minimum age 16; 18+ for Deli, Bakery, Produce.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to learn needs and help create meal solutions.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items.
• Weigh, scan products, cash handling, and provide change when needed.
• Greet and assist nearby guests and maintain cleanliness.
• Slice and prepare meat, cheeses, and meal solutions; maintain quality.
