Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to work in Grocery, Guest Service, Early Morning Production, Produce, Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood departments. You will support store operations with friendly, personal service and assist guests throughout their shopping experience.

Roles are seasonal, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays. Prior retail or hospitality experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• Age minimum: 16, or 18+ for Deli, Bakery, Produce.
• Preferred: Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service across departments and help guests with meal solutions.
• Merchandise and stock products and assist nearby guests.
• Weigh, scan products, handle cash and provide change when appropriate.
• Help with general housekeeping and keep aisles clean and organized.
• Slice and prepare meat, cheeses, and meal solutions and ensure quality.
• Present yourself professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
