Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to support store operations across Grocery, Guest Service, Early Morning Production, Produce, and counter roles in Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to assist guests with meal solutions.

You will merchandising, stock, weigh and scan products, handle cash, and maintain professional standards while supporting various departments throughout the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16, or 18 for Deli, Bakery, Produce

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist guests with meal solutions across departments
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day and assist nearby guests
• Weigh and scan products, handle cash and provide change when appropriate
• Greet and assist guests, gather shopping carts, and perform general housekeeping duties
• Slice and prepare meat, cheeses, and convenient meal solutions while maintaining quality standards
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
