The Fresh Market seeks seasonal team members to work in Grocery, Guest Service (Front End), Early Morning Production, Produce, or counter support in Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood.

You will deliver exceptional guest service, maintain product knowledge, assist across departments, and uphold uniform standards while stocking and merchandising throughout the store. This seasonal role requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with a passion for extraordinary service.
• Minimum age 16 (or 18 in our Deli, Bakery, Produce).

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent guest service and help guests create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist across departments.
• Safely handle food products for sampling.
• Merchandise and stock products to create a hospitable shopping experience.
• Weigh and scan products, cash handling, and provide change when appropriate.
• Greet guests and assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Slice and prepare deli meats, cheeses, and ready-to-eat solutions; maintain quality levels.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
