Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to work in Grocery, Guest Service, Early Morning Production, Produce, or counter support in Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood.

You will provide friendly guest service, maintain product knowledge, assist guests, weigh and scan items, handle cash, stock shelves, and present yourself professionally in uniform. This seasonal role supports stores during key busy periods with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16, or 18+ for Deli, Bakery, Produce.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and help guests plan meal solutions.
• Merchandise and stock products, assist guests across departments.
• Weigh, scan items, handle cash and provide change as needed.
