Vibee, a Live Nation company, seeks a Seasonal Graphic Designer to support our live event and travel experiences. You will create production-ready assets across digital, print, environmental and experiential touchpoints.

This remote role reports to the VP of Marketing and Sr Designer, collaborates with a fast-paced team, and requires strong layout, brand adherence, and travel availability for events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design preferred.
• 2+ years of graphic design experience.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience preparing files for print production and large-format graphics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in live events, hospitality, entertainment, music, or experiential marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create production ready assets based on existing key art and brand guidelines.
• Resize and adapt creative for multiple formats, platforms, and dimensions.
• Design event signage, pull up banners, directional signage, table tents, and environmental graphics.
• Prepare print ready files and production specifications.
• Support social media, email, web, and digital marketing asset creation.
• Assist with asset organization, versioning, and production workflows.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables.
• Train and provide support in onboarding team members, clients, vendors and partners when needed.
