You will work with Creative Directors, producers, and cross-functional teams, travel for on-site events, and explore AI-enabled tools to push the design system while maintaining quality and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional design experience.
• Portfolio showing concept, craft, and range across branding and event design.
• Expert proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for client and executive presentations.
• Fluency with generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly).
• Strong knowledge of print production and large-format graphics.
• Ability to lead creatives and present to clients and executives.
• Willingness to travel for client programs and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts and visual identities for events and experiences.
• Translate concepts across attendee journeys from pre-event to onsite.
• Collaborate with motion designers, editors, and producers to unify the design language.
• Present ideas clearly to clients alongside senior staff.
• Mentor junior designers and manage multiple programs and deadlines.
