Job summary

Insomniac Holdings, LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a seasonal Graphic Designer to support signage production with strong typesetting and layout skills. This in-office, on-site role reports to the Visual Communications Project Manager.

You will create print-ready signage for multiple departments, ensure accuracy, and manage fast-paced deliverables for live events and festivals. A graphic design background and proficiency with Illustrator/Photoshop are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design preferred.
• 3+ years in graphic design and typesetting.
• Strong layout design skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop) + Google Workspace.
• Print production experience preferred.
• 2+ years in production, live events, or festivals.
• Own laptop with latest Illustrator/Photoshop.
• Knowledge of large-format print materials.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Project Manager to intake project scope and produce accurate signage mock-ups for multiple departments.
• Maintain frequent check-ins with the Project Manager to report task progress, flag issues, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Execute print-ready file setup in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, ensuring precise layout, typography, spacing, alignment, bleed, and resolution standards are met.
• Perform detailed quality control on all files, verifying typographic accuracy, scale, sizing consistency, and production specifications.
• Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while meeting tight internal deadlines in a fast-paced production schedule.
