Job summary

Ag Partners Cooperative Inc. seeks a Seasonal Worker in Denton, Kansas to support grain operations and customer service.

Duties include loading and unloading grain trucks, loading feed, assisting with bunkers during harvest, and light warehouse tasks. You will help maintain clean facilities, follow safety policies, and represent the cooperative values of honesty, integrity and teamwork while working with other staff at nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in grain, feed, fertilizer, or farm supply industries preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to communicate with customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load grain trucks.
• Load feed.
• Assist with filling bunkers with grain at harvest.
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain clean work areas.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Adhere to safety policies and cooperative values.
• Report to work on time and work overtime as needed.
