Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• The grain grader and/or weighing certificate is required or must be obtained timely after hire.
• Experience in an industrial environment is preferred (1 year).
• Ability to use computers and software; basic math and communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Weigh trucks and record information for weigh-in and weigh-out tasks.
• Take grain samples and perform grading procedures as applicable.
• Record grades, splits, and weights electronically.
• Direct trucks to appropriate locations and maintain truck flow.
• Build professional relationships with customers and assist with ground piles and bins as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and keep work areas clean.
