Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Scale/Probe Operator in Cahokia Heights to help keep grain moving safely and efficiently. You will weigh trucks, collect grain samples, grade grain, and document results while delivering strong customer service to drivers and customers.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic math, and the ability to follow directions and work both independently and in a team. Training on-site and safety programs are provided, with opportunities to grow within a stable,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: 1 year of industrial environment experience.
• Grain grader and/or weighing certificate required or obtainable after hire.

Responsibilities

• Weigh trucks in/out and record weights.
• Take grain samples and perform grading tests.
• Record grades, splits, and other data electronically.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and drivers.
