Qualifications

• No prior experience required; 0-6+ months in Operations, Business Operations and/or Customer Service.
• Must be able to work longer days, weekends, and/or holidays during peak seasons.

• Emphasis on safety and ability to follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and grade grain in inbound and outbound trucks using computer and manual tools.
• Provide a high level of customer service by addressing customers promptly and courteously.
• Answer telephone promptly and direct calls as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Assist other personnel as needed.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies and regulations.
