Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the scale to weigh in-bound and out-bound trucks.
• Complete all applicable paperwork accurately and timely.
• Greets employees, members, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Handle office support activities such as filing and typing.
• Answer phones and assist customers with sales, questions or complaints.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and facilities.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
