FS Grain, LLC, a leading grain company, seeks a Seasonal Grain Elevator Operator in Harmon, IL. Under the Facility Manager, you will oversee grain handling, safety, maintenance, rolling stock, and customer service, working to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role supports both independent work and team collaboration in a dynamic agricultural setting. The position offers a pay scale of $17.50-$18.00 per hour, with benefits like a full pension, 401(k) with match, health plans, and PTO,

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or experience in an agricultural field.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn grain handling and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming, stored, and outgoing grain with attention to quality.
• Support grain drying, blending, and related services.
• Perform housekeeping and maintenance of grain handling equipment.
• Comply with OSHA and safety regulations and keep equipment in good condition.
• Provide professional customer service and a positive experience for customers.
