FS Grain, LLC in Buda, IL, seeks a Seasonal Grain Elevator Operator to support grain handling, safety and maintenance under the Facility Manager. You’ll manage incoming and outgoing grain, ensure quality, and provide friendly service to customers.

This role requires a high school diploma, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to travel when needed. OSHA compliance and safe operation of equipment are essential, with competitive pay and full benefit options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related agricultural experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn grain handling and related processes.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight when required.
• Comfort with basic computer use for operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for grain handling including incoming, stored, and outgoing grain.
• Maintains grain quality, blending, and grain drying services.
• Housekeeping related to grain handling and facilities.
• Ensure OSHA/state/federal safety compliance and maintain equipment appearance.
• Provide professional customer service to ensure a positive experience for customers.
