Qualifications

• Normal requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Understand grain handling and safety procedures.
• Willingness to learn and operate grain equipment.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming, stored, and outgoing grain and ensure quality.
• Perform housekeeping and assist with grain drying and blending.
• Maintain equipment and comply with OSHA and safety regs.
• Provide professional customer service to customers.
• Assist with repairs and maintenance as needed.
